This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
In Yin yoga we work with the Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Is it followed that if there is blockages or stagnant energy in the meridians pathways that run through the body, the energy flow will be out of balance. With this style of yoga we sequence accordingly to the TCM principal to help balance out energy flow and quite the mind, body and soul.
This particular class in forces the rest and relaxation aspect of the mind, body and soul. With a strong focus on relaxation this is a fantastic “must do” for everybody to take some time out for themselves. Suitable for all levels.
